This officially licensed Disney Dollar was produced exclusively for the Disney Store Birthday Party programme, where it was given to children attending in-store Disney birthday events. Unlike standard Disney Dollars sold in theme parks, these notes were issued in much smaller quantities, making them significantly harder to find today, particularly in high-grade condition.

This example comes from the late-issue Block T production run, which had a lower distribution than earlier blocks and is considerably scarcer in the collector market.
